Production Philosophy

We don't just produce paper; we guarantee packaging performance in the field.

Our production approach in Ereğli is shaped around reducing the customer's production speed, waste, and deadline risk in the field, not around a "grammage list". Therefore, our two main focuses in production are clear: grammage stability and deadline reliability.

Grammage Stability

A production discipline that reduces fluctuations in the same Product Group; more predictable quality in the field.

Deadline Reliability

Supply adhering to the planned shipment date; reduces surprises that disrupt your production plan.

What do HP series solve?

HP (High Performance) products are positioned for scenarios requiring higher process expectations, lower waste targets, and a more stable field operation. We quickly match which project requires HP via the product finder.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have gathered the most frequently asked questions here to help you approach the right product quickly.

When does the HP series make sense?

HP is preferred in projects with high speed, low waste targets, a need for more stable field operations, and elevated process expectations.

Why are there different Product Groups in the same grammage?

Grammage alone is not the deciding factor. Rigidity, surface, process compatibility, and the usage scenario determine the Product Group.

Where can I see the technical values (CMT/RCT, etc.)?

These values vary based on the project and testing conditions. We will publish "technical summary" sections on the sub-product pages; we also share them on a project basis.

What information is sufficient for a quote/sample?

Application area + grammage range + HP/Standard preference. If possible, please add information regarding your targeted strength and process speed.
